My paintings come from my view of our world. I take thousands of photos. From these, I take the best of the best and digitally manipulate them adjusting the color, clarity, light, contrast, framing, etc.. From this point, I manipulate this image into a painting. These paintings are a cross between the art world of old and the art world of new using modern technology to produce images that distort the two worlds. While they look like, they smell like, they feel like, they view like watercolors and/or oil paintings of the past, it is my eye, my heart and my soul that captures this beauty and transfers it to the paper or canvas via modern technological methods. These paintings blur the lines between photos and paintings. I hope you enjoy getting lost in them as much as I have.
