RETURN POLICY
All manufacturers warranties are in effect here at SCHNITZSKIS.COM. We honor GOODE skis 2 week trial period. There is no trial period on any D3 products. For any defective product returns, please contact the manufacturer directly. In the case of returns on free shipping items, the buyer will pay the shipping. Any products that have been used may only be returned to the manufacturer within the manufacturers allotted time and following their procedures. All Schnitz fins, wings, clamps have a 2 week from date shipped trial period and may be returned in like new condition for a 100% refund minus shipping. Schnitz tools carry the manufacturers warranty. There is a 10% charge for any returned items except items that are sold with a trial period so long as that item(s) is returned within the allowed trial period. Any freebie items that are sent must be returned in brand new, resellable condition. Buyer must pay all shipping on all returns, both ways.
